This component belongs to the Crawler Type Under Carriage system and is designed to effectively block the intrusion of foreign materials such as earth, sand, and mud under harsh worksite conditions. It features a high-quality floating seal made of special alloy material that maintains consistent lubrication. The component is manufactured using a special casting process that can withstand heavy and impact loads, followed by a special heat treatment to ensure superior durability.
In addition, the coil spring is tested with 100,000 repeated load cycles to ensure outstanding durability under any usage condition. The Yoke-attached design allows for easy assembly and disassembly. The built-in check valve grease inlet minimizes weight and size, allowing for a compact design that reduces installation space. This component ensures smooth idling of track rotation and functions as a track tension adjustment device.
